The belt carcass uses EP canvas which had high modulus,low shrin ,high breaking tensile strength.Cover rubber uses EPDM rubber or chlorinated butyl rubber that has very good high temperature behavior.And comply with the high temperature resistant materials to composite molding、vulcanization to make.
The carcass had very good adhesion after coating and shaping,the belt had low elongation and anti-abrassion under the normal conditions of below 180℃.and can bear 250℃ for a shorttime.The belt is suitable for use in cement,metallurgical.steel industry.
